I can't WAIT to start going to bluegrass concerts again. That's the occasion I chose to try the local Asheville beers. There is such an amazing assortment, I had only just begun to explore.
When I worked at the country club, there was a very elderly man that would come in from golfing every day at 10am and get a Highland Gaelic Ale... http://www.highlandbrewing.com/ One day, he came in and the tap was not working and the bartender had to fix it and offered him something else instead. He preferred to put his golf game on hold and wait for the tap to be fixed, he loved this beer that much lol. I think that will be one of the first ones I try..plus...I love the name! If any of y'all are ever in Asheville, I would be happy to join you for this!
