Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi are up for a 5th District Federal appeals court hearing tomorrow, whlie the SCOTUS will decide tomorrow if they will take up the case of marriage equaility within the current term.
The decision for the 5th District could take months to determine, while we could know as early as tomorrow, ( but more likely on Monday) if the SCOTUS will hear the cases. |
