gren took the day off to go with me to an appointment. so, after we turned it into a date and went for lunch at the Lotus Leaf Cafe.
We started it with an order of buffalo cauliflower (very tasty) Following that gren had the eggplant sub (dijon, tomato pesto, basil herb pesto, roasted eggplant, mushroom, red pepper, spinach, feta, red onion,on a wheat roll) with sweet potato chips and peach ice tea I had the Aphrodite sandwich (hummus, tzatziki, cucumber, red onion, tomato, mixed greens, kalamata olives, on a wheat pita), with sweet potato chips and coffee |

I had things to get done this morning. Therefore, I had brunch. There were left over broccoli fritters, a zucchini boat, and a slice of garlic bread in the fridge. So, that's what I had.

I'm going to pick up a salad today. It has broiled shrimp, arugula, feta cheese, avocado, and green onions with a lemon basil vinaigrette. I've had like 5 of these salads within the last couple of weeks since I discovered it...ha. I crave it. Mmmm...

didn't have time at work for lunch...but at home...had strawb, pita chips with slices of brie... and some nice sandwich cookies...plus a glass of grapefruit juice

my latest lunch craze....
TJ's banana yogurt with TJ's almond/cashew/ginger granola cereal and fresh blueberries... It's so so SO yummy.... I may have had it for dinner also....just sayin'
