Maria Altmann, an octogenarian Jewish refugee, takes on the Austrian government to recover artwork she believes rightfully belongs to her family. This was art work stolen by the Nazis!

I watched 2 movies today.

This was okay. I never read the book series so I'm not too upset over it but there was a lot left to be desired. I liked the dragons, even though they were the bad guys and gals in the movie.

This movie surprised me. I didn't expect much and it was a freebie for me so it was an absolute pleasure that I really enjoyed it. I love me some Eve and all of the main female roles were strong. Good acting. Situations I could relate to. A win win.

I really didn't care for it but check it out and see what you think

It was really cute and, if you go, STAY through the WHOLE thing. ALL of the credits. Otherwise you'll miss stuff.

Too Late for Tears (1949)

Through a fluke circumstance a ruthless woman stumbles across a suitcase filled with $60,000, and she is determined to hold onto it even it if means murder.
SPOILER ALERT
And murder it is, she kills one after the other!I really enjoyed this film noir flick

I pray I never come across a woman a vicious and heartless as this Jane Palmer!
