Costco (Kirkland brand) poppy seed muffin. I just learned these have close to 700 calories each! I was shocked to discover 690 to be exact according to one site I visited. I had no idea and now that I know I'm trying to convince myself to stop and switch to Special K Red Berries which though not exactly a healthy choice has only 200 calories for a 1 1/2 cup serving with milk. Oh goodness, I hope I don't finish the muffin and then have some cereal it's looking so good now that I've stared at the box.
