I have lots of friend visits set up for this month. Including my buddy of almost 30 years.

Good! Called my cousin who always sends me See's chocolates for Christmas to thank him. His son was there (they were watching the KS/Houston game) so I was able to speak with him, who I am actually closer with. Here..... we had a 60 degree day, with sun, in the middle of January?? Just a nice easy day to deal with.

I feel excited. My friend of 35 years is coming from Hawaii for a visit. She is a Texan but now lives in Hawaii. I think she is a member here too. She is an infamous artist from Manhattan, NY and a Swiss trained chef. I love cooking with her.
Lastly, she decorated my house. Maybe she will choose to make some changes.

I feel tired. I worked on very little sleep today, had a medical thing, ran into the grocery store for a few things and found a lot more than I needed, chose not to get gas tonight since that station just filled up so the silt hasn't fully settled yet, fed the cats and then fed my face. Did I mention that I'm tired?
