...when you can argue off and on for three years, and still fall more and more in love with every breath spent with them.

You are my breath, my sunshine, my everything. I used to know love. I used to feel it, I used to hurt by it. But I know, that no one shadows you. Even when separated for 2 years, I was yours. Lonely, and destitute, of all the men who showered me with affection, tenderness, and admiration, I wanted the man who broke my heart. Because he was the one I had no doubt about, when it came to how I felt about him.

The truest, most amazing blessing, was his return, and his acceptance, that all of the above, was exactly how he felt for me. Through all of our trials, all of our errs, our relationship, our emotion, our love never dulled. And now it continues to blossom at a pace that leaves me shaken, my breath stolen, every day. This is the love told about in all those fairy tales. All those stories where prince charming slayed dragons for his one true love. You slayed the demons surrounding me, and you conquered my heart for eternity.

Thank you for loving me, the same as I love you. Thank you for aching for me even in my absence. Thank you for proving to me that it was all worth it, for the lifetime we intend on spending together from this moment forth.
