I had my morning smoothie consisting of banana juice, fresh chopped pineapple, half a banana, 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt and lots of ice.

I am thread stalking Medusa or I would not really post here...my 'breakfasts' are most often boring and not used to their best advantage...

I had toast with a bit of cottage cheese and a little of one of the jams, peach preserves in this case, my son made....I always have my one cup of coffee in the mornings, but I see that more as a medicinal aspect to the day, rather than real substance...

at least I didn't make oatmeal today...really, way to much for my delicate system so early in the day
