Right now, I'm making a version of my own "Hot & Sour" soup in the kitchen --
something that I can nurse on for the rest of the day, to help combat my allergies which are on the fritz and driving me crazy. Other than that, later today if I have the energy, there's a bit of laundry to wash and dry - it may be nightfall, before I get to that sort of housework.

Cooking lunch for a friend for tomorrow. She put on a killer musical with our kids last week and I'm thanking her with a special order meal. We meet up tomorrow morning with our homeschool group so I cook tonight to present to her tomorrow. Then we feast. Tomorrow is the last day of our group before we break for summer. (even thought the kids still get together for bike rides and such)
Waiting for my guy to call in a few. Wondering what my kid is doing. She's awful quiet. Sometimes when she is quiet, she is hiding one of these  in the house. It's a prank we play on each other. Last week he was tied to my ceiling fan. True story.
