I would have thought that this would have been in the Fun,Fluff section since that's where the "dinner" one is. Anywho....

I am having a egg,cheese, mozzarella, and colbyjack breakfast burrito on an Ezekial wrap.

But that's not what I'm excited about....I'm also having a big (farmer's market big) bag of spinach, 2 oranges, 1/4 pint blackberries, and 1 red apple. I has a JUICER!!!!! And so far, I'm loving it. In a couple of weeks I'm going to try the long weekend reboot. (Shameless plug for Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead.)

I'm basically juicing whatever I have right now. Who knows if it will cause a chemical reaction. LOL

Today we went for french cafe breakfast ,I had eggs benedict on croissant . Blaze had a egg crepe w/mushroom sauce.
We shared a strawberry Napoleon with coffee latte for blaze and mango tea for me

I made two over easy eggs, baby asparagus sauteed with butter, freshly made hollandaise sauce over the eggs and asparagus, garnished with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary...Wednesday's low-carb breakfast was delicious!

This was my first time making hollandaise sauce, and I learned how to do it by watching this video on youtube and it was super worth it!

A homemade latte.

Ingredients-
1 cup organic low acid coffee
1 scoop protein powder
half a package organic stevia
1 cup almond coconut milk
and 2 tablespoons organic ground flaxseed

and 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
vitamins and raw garlic

Im not usually a breakfast person, but I know it's the important start to the day.
Lately, it's been the same thing.
I leisurely enjoy my first cup of coffee with cream.
Then I fill up my to go cup and have a cereal bar on the drive to work.

Apple/cinnamon or a blueberry one. Really good, it's like a cup of oatmeal in bar form. Keeps me satisfied until lunch and full of good vitamins.
