Always have a Date Night at least once a week.
Leave little notes (post-it) for them on the mirror when they wake or in their purse or lunch. Cook together for each other Spend 1 hour (or longer) a week on "talking about how we are feeling" Learning to communicate Be playful (keeping the relationship fun and playful) Having Boy's night out and Girls night out once a month or more if it works. (learning to trust) Kiss often (I love to kiss) Tell each other .. I love you every day!!!! |

Listen with your head not your heart .. Sometimes you don't like to hear whats being said so you block it and get defensive ( I am guilty of this ) but listen and open your heart to whats being presented to you. ALWAYS kiss goodnight even when your mad. Make time to be a couple . I love date nite. We try at least once a week to check in with each other so the little things don't turn into big things !
