I have heaps of.yard work to do. And housework too. I did.the downstairs now.need to.do.the up.
The new.chicken coop.is.going up todsy and I need to clean up where the old one was.. It'll make.good.compost Also.tending to the garden..I did some.weeding this morning. Already hung out wash and have another load to go. I have to.call.to schedule my poodle for a grooming. And.hang.the tarp over.the dog.kennel. Oh.and.edge the property with the weed trimmer now that it's mowed. Geez. I need.to.get.going lol Oh and later.I have to bring my aunt to.her.doctor's appointment. Hate going to the icky city

My agenda took me to the nasty of nastiest places today! Ewww, never, ever want to go back.
Yesterday I filled up the back of my little SUV, with extra arms from fixtures in the store. I think my store was a catch all for all recently closed stores. It was full. Made lots of noise as I drove over to the recycling place. That place was the dumping ground for anything and everything. Smelled nasty. Super dirty, greasy , and sooo dangerous for me to be there in flip flops. I think I was the cleanest thing/person there. But of course, I was not dressed for that adventure. Lol Weighed my car, took the metal arms out, and off to collect my big bucks! I dumped 400 pounds. I said, what?! I moved 400 pounds? I drove 400 pounds. Ok, so some of you butches, will say...that's nothing. But wow, to me! Big bucks was only $24. Ok, not so impressive now.....

Today, I had an early morning doctor's appointment with my primary physician, to review my progress and the latest fasting blood draw results. My doctor was so very happy, with me. She told me that she has never seen the results that my labs document. She told me that I'm a "first" in that she couldn't find any other doctor's notes from other doctor's documenting my type of progress. My blood labs came in with an A1c count that places me in the zone for no diabetes. I was ecstatic! She asked me what I thought my results were attributed to: I said that it was an combination of radically changing my food choices (an simple plant based diet, no eating foods that convert to sugar in the blood stream, and the experimental medication she put me on). We're going to do another fasting blood draw in early October. If my A1c count comes in even lower, then she's taking me off the experimental medication. I'm so very happy!
Other than that, today, my job was to wait for parcels to be delivered by UPS and FedEx. Which some came today and yesterday and tomorrow, more come. Next week too. *YAY*

My neighbor just came in from up North. Snowbirds. She invited me to Tacos tonight. She is sad about my Mom. She always helped my Mom bring in the trash can.
She also told me she wants to plant a hibiscus in her honor. I wish she could have been her the night she died. I could have really used a hug from her. We will have fun tonight!
