I am cooking Italian sausage and vegetable stir fry over polenta. Yum! I love this so much that I am cooking the polenta already and it is only 11 am.
 The vegetables I am using for the stir fry are fennel, red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and yellow and red bell pepper, and of course some seasonings and herbs.  Oh yeah...it has asiago and parmesan cheese on it as well.

I got a flyer for a sushi steakhouse in the mail today so I ordered from them and got it delivered before I left work. Smooooooooooooth.
I had wonton soup, a vegetable roll, a California roll and a pink lady roll. Outshine bars for dessert. |

We got a lot of chicken on our last run to the meat market-- So, we're having baked chicken again but marinated in a honey, Dijon mustard, thyme sauce and roasted broccoli with lemon zest.

2.5 lbs. Stouffer's Macaroni &Cheese ... will be a fast "go to" snack for a couple of days for Kevie, Jennifer and I. Both of them have already had their dog food dinner earlier so I gave them their little snack size a few minutes ago.
Jennifer told me this morning she wanted some macaroni & cheese and I promised to fix it tonight.

It's early yet today, but I was thinking of cooking something spicy.... I could make some Jasmine rice and cook some chicken and make some Thai peanut sauce. Maybe steam some late summer crowns of broccoli buds, too.
I tended to an organic tomato plant which is loaded with little yellow, red and orange tomato fruits. I need to pick all of them and wash them up and dry them. Eat them too.
