4 oz. baked swai with garlic parmesan herb seasoning, and steamed broccoli florets & steamed zucchini....(just 6 more days of "this" diet then clear liquids for 2 days, full liquids for 2 or 3 weeks..and progressive from there on......

Im going to start, sweet potato chipotle chili. However upon further ingredient investigation , there is no beans. ?? Has cauliflower in it though. I'm going to add, smoked pecan jalapeño sausage at the end. Perfect chilly day to try this.
