Cold fried chicken, numerous lowcarb snacks. I have to work! I fixed spouse yellow rice, fried chicken, Brussels sprouts w/butter. Sweet tea to drink. I cook and she beats up later when she's hungry.

Most likely it will be something east to fix, I'm still hopping around on crutches and will be for the rest of the week till I get my back injected next Thursday and or if an when the knee injection starts to work. I have been siting in a chair to cook ,yeah I know I''s crazy..... most likely raman noodles for dinner.

I was working remotely most of the day and forgot about dinner. I ate a hummus, kale and spinach wrap before I headed towards bed. I chased it with a can of no sugar added fruit cocktail.

My son brought home some takeout from the May Flower restaurant,
it was good as ever but the egg rolls looked like the had been cooked and reused again.. darkly over cooked and greasy that now are in the trash.

It's too cold and snowy to BBQ, so I put a whole chicken in the slow cooker, rubbed it down with home make BBQ dry rub, onions, red wine and a splash of chicken broth. Let it cook for 8 hours, all the meat fell off the bones. Doctored up some BBQ sauce, combines everything. Yummy. Also made some coleslaw,small sliders and beers. My buddies will be over at 4:00 PM for dinner and a movie.

Between my son and I we had a roast for dinner. He got the meat out of the bottom of the freezer to defrost, I fixed the veggies I wanted. Before he went to work he, yes he put it all in the slow cooker on low then I kept an eye on it during the day then on the way home he picked up a loaf of hot bread from the bakery. Beats the heck out of a take out.

This evening I am going to make a quinoa pasta salad with spinach, leeks, basil, artichokes, olives, and maybe grilled shrimp, (I haven't decided on that part yet) Also, a Lebanese tahini cucumber tomato salad. This will feed me for a couple of days.
