I had a hot italian sausage sandwich (on a hoagie roll) with peppers, onions and mustard. Also, had a small tossed salad on the side with bacon/ranch dressing.

Sweet iced tea to drink.

I made a pasta salad with cucumbers, black olives, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots, and sweet red and yellow peppers and used a Tuscan Italian dressing and had it over a bed of green leaf lettuce.

Dinner tonight was a wreck, so I called out to my local mom and pop store for two Philly cheese steak sandwiches. They were better than what I made. Sonny boy has been doing the grocery shopping for me cause he can get in and out of the store quicker than I can manage to get out of the s.u.v., into the handicap cart then get started shopping. He has gotten some of the wrong stuff before but really out did himself this time, from now on he will just have to wait till I get into the car then do the shopping myself.

Well, last night I chopped: onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms,spinach,yellow peppers, and jalapeños.

This morning, I quick seared some hot Italian sausage.

Added all the above with some diced tomatoes, paste and fresh oregano, sage, rosemary to the crock pot.

By the time I get home, "well~la", chunky pasta sauce!
