Salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, Thousand Island dressing and a sprinkle of pepitas .Two breaded chicken tenders. Snapple diet peach tea to drink. No dessert because the chicken is high cal.

I grilled some drumsticks this evening and I am having the meat from a couple of those on a salad of romaine hearts, kalamata olives, pepperoncini slices, grape tomatoes and grilled peache slices. In place of dressing, I poured a little of the pepper juice over the top of the salad. Good Food!
