It was leftovers night at my house. I had the last of the loaded potato salad, some red grapes and the last of the spinach and mushroom pizza.

I had grilled wild Alaskan sockeye salmon topped with grilled peach & avocado salsa that I made earlier today, and chopped romaine leaves quickly sauteed in a hot skillet with minced garlic and ghee.

For desert, strawberry short cake and fresh wipe cream!
