my 7 and 8yr old grandsons have entirely too much energy for this 1 household, or I am just becoming way less cool and hip than originally thought

Seriously, have you ever walked into a room and knew you wanted something, but couldn't remember what it was by the time you got to that room?

The older I get, the more I realize.....I need to walk around with a pad of paper and pen when too many thoughts enter my head at the same time.
Sometimes I think I need to stop and ask for directions when that happens.

I need to revert back to having extremely low and maybe even no expectations of others. When they are low or nonexistent you don't get disappointed and are sometimes even pleasantly surprised (hopefully).
