I will have my leftover half of John Coctostan quesadilla from Moe's last evening..and a quarter cup of queso blanco with chips...

While I was grabbing water at the store I saw that they had shrimp on sale...

I sauteed them in coconut oil and butter with some Italian seasoning...

A Channa masala frozen dinner with it.

I'm thinking about a beer now.

The shrimp hit the spot...yum

I made Tzatziki today using a new recipe that I got second hand that is supposedly from a lady who owns/operates a restaurant in the Greek Island of Paros. I had the Tzatziki sauce with a gyro salad that I made this evening. It was great!

I decided to cook today

Sauteed mushrooms, onions, and peppers for sandwiches

made a broccoli risotto

elbow pasta with alfrado sauce

and made a big batch of chex mix for snacking

so, there are choices...just not sure which one I'll pick yet.
