I couldn't eat today....didn't have much of an appetite, tried to coax myself into eating something, but I just couldn't do it. I drank a lot of water, had a few cups of tea. I've got tons of candy, but it just didn't look good either. Maybe tomorrow will be different and I'll eat something for breakfast, idk.

We are sitting outside. I am feeling so peaceful and extremely blessed. Pooches are having an ice cube party on their foam mattress.
I just put a couple of thick sirloin steaks on the grill for dinner. It is so nice out tonight, a little cooler. To me, rain makes things feel cleaner. Our severe weather is history. YAY! It never got bad at my house. We only received severe thunderstorms and that does not bother me when I compare it to hearing a tornado coming closer and closer. "In your face" tornados get scary in a hurry. They are so loud!! |

I haven't had a taste for anything in particular so I had a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I had some loaded potato salad, a salad of romaine leaves, tomato and sliced cheese with OG Italian dressing and then some coconut ice cream. Water to drink because that makes it all better, right?

I didn't eat much today, but I at least had a very small serving of home made chicken soup and a toasted slice of gluten free raisin bread....which I used to soak up some broth.
I might have some jello, if it gels up before bedtime. |

I've got some vegan tortilla soup in the crockpot
veggie stock, onions, peppers, chili peppers, garlic, black beans, red beans, corn, diced tomato, chili powder and cumin powder. I'll slice up some tortillas in a bit and toast them up for serving time. |
