I just ate a container of the instant mac n cheese. Now I am sipping hot chocolate but it is really hot strawberry. You know, Nestle Nesquick powder strawberry flavor milk mix. This is delicious!

Slow roasted pork ribs. You the kind, the meat falls thru the tongs when you pick them up. Baked sweet potato.

Marshmallow cookies...they taste like the old fashioned marshmallow pies.

I already made pulled pork sandwiches for our lunch tomorrow

I had a late lunch early dinner at work. It was a frozen Indian dinner. Can't remember the name. The rice was green. Very yummy.

I had popcorn at the bar. Guess that may have been dinner dinner. And beer. Times 2. I live on the edge.

I am having crock pot beef heart stew made with bone broth from my freezer. After the meat & broth had cooked for a while, I added carrots, greens beans, red & yellow bell peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms, nettle, thyme, and S&P to taste.

One of my unusual dinner choices: steelcut oatmeal with organic raisins and my new favorite sweetener: Sukrin gold. It tastes just like brown sugar but it has zero calories. It is my new favorite thing.

Oh and a glass of 1% milk.

Found the Sukrin on Amazon: "Sukrin Gold is the all-natural zero calorie alternative to brown sugar. Similar in aroma, sweetness and flavour, but with zero carbs, Sukrin Gold can replace all sugar in drinks, cooking and baking and can be used exactly as you would brown sugar."

I had lunch and it was dinner and it was good.

It was pan fried chicken breast with numerous veggies. I was at the bottom of my supply so I just threw in whatever.

I ended up with an Asian theme since I found a lot of stir fry veggies. Added some teriyaki sauce and Asian spice (garlic and ginger mostly). Tasty treats

Chicken tenders in a "sour cream and curry seasonings" sauce. The seasoning mix I blended was just right but I could have used more water and sour cream. And I put the sour cream in too early, but still it was good.
