I tried the new Georgia Gold chicken from KFC, and it was the most greasy, revolting thing I have ever put in my mouth. I had no idea they could find a way to make KFC chicken even greasier than it already is.
I only had a few bites, but I don't feel like eating much of anything now. I might have an apple in a while.

There are some tomatoes sitting on my counter that I need to use or they are going to go bad. I am going to roast them, and then make an Italian meat sauce which I will have over lightly blanched zucchini noodles. Spaghetti my way!
