I ate pork tacos on corn tortillas with pico de gallo and a squeeze of lime. Blueberry bread for dessert.

We were craving salad, so I stopped and got the fixings and enhanced it!
Spring greens, cabbage,hard boiled eggs, shredded turkey,
halved cherry tomatoes, sliced mini red peppers, avacado, dried garbanzo beans, topped with sweet onion dressing.

Also picked up cheesy jalapeño bread.

Blaze brought home some treats he found out of town from a Vietnamese bakery. Very tastey, let's get more!

I took an old fashioned meat cleaver gizmabob thingy and smashed the left over Southern Fried Chicken breast-meat into a patty, so I can have a Southern Fried Chicken sandwich. Loaded with freshly smashed avocado and baby lettuce greens. Spicy pickled beets, as a side dish. Smashed mango and pineapple blended into a fruit juice smoothie (using crushed ice). No dessert, but maybe sugar cookies will magically appear before bedtime (if I have the energy to do a little baking, tonight).

Turkey dogs, a little bit of super creamy and decadent white cheddar mac 'n cheese, Greek pasta salad, green tea and nothing else. No dessert, not even the purple sugar cookies over there ------>.

Last night after I made supper & did dishes, I put a pork roast in the crockpot with sauerkraut on top, and hot dogs on top of that, then more sauerkraut. Turned it on low & let it cook all night. Came out delicious!! I brought some to work tonight.

California style Mexican food...,

I've been iffy about this restaurant. ..im picky about my Mexican food...but it was quite yum

I had a chicken bowl with rice and beans and veggies, lots of cilantro and even avocado, twas GOOD.

Fried ice cream for dessert.

Best part was all this was enjoyed in excellent company.

In a moment of weakness I was driving by one of my city's most well known burger joints, Dicks Drive In, and I let the cravings get the best of me. I had a burger, fries, and a chocolate shake for dinner. Or as we call it here in Spokane, "I had a bag of Dicks." lol

Pasta and meat sauce. The meat sauce is just hamburger, onions, and jarred sauce. I had it last night too. I have a surprisingly healthy appetite for someone with a cold and a sinus/ear infection.

I had to go out today to get a prescription filled and buy some food. I got some good looking ribs on sale. Maybe I'll throw them in the crock pot with some BBQ sauce in the morning. I have a cabbage, so I can make some coleslaw. Perfect for this unseasonably hot weather. I'll have to brew some iced tea, too.
