No, I used the convection oven (less heat). It is really too hot to eat but I was hungry.

I had a cheeseburger, and it was the most delicious cheeseburger I've had in a long time! Solid food, finally. I still had Jell-O pudding for dessert, though.

Made homemade pizza from scratch. I used saf instant yeast & raised dough on sunporch. The pizza then had sliced Roma tomatoes, fire roasted red peppers, onions, black olives, mushrooms, diced pepperoncini, fresh mozzarella, cheddar cheese, loose salt & pepper pork sausage, pepperoni, & parmesan cheese. The secret to avoid soggy crust from toppings is Olive oil. I also baked on a pre-heated pizza stone so used cornmeal on the bottom. It was fantastic!!

I got a little creative this evening and came up with what I guess you could call a roasted vegetable enchilada casserole. It turned out gooey and delicious.

Also had a fruit salad of strawberry, mango, and kiwi on the side.

Being winter in this part of the world... I went with slow cooker lamb shanks in a minted marinate with good old mashed potatoes & garlic beans..... So far it's fabo!
