Today was my mom's birthday. The first one she wasn't here for.

I light a candle for her. May her afterlife journey be beautiful and bright.

I light one for her family and friends, who miss her.

I light a candle for my brother in law, who committed suicide this past Oct. (his B-day is tomorrow) May the light show him a better path.

I light one for my sister, 2 nephews, and 2 grand nephews. May they find peace in something none of us (my family) understand.

I light one for a long time friend of mine who committed suicide in Sept. He felt buried with guilt for things he had done at war, it was his way out of going back to war. (his B-day is Thurs) May the light show him peace and understanding.

For my ma as she prepares herself today for surgery tomorrow. May she have health so it can happen as scheduled and strength to get her through. For me and my family that we are strong support for her and each other as we walk through whatever is to come.

thank you all for the warm wishes. i am overwhelmed by the outpouring of hope and support from friends i've made on this site and from complete strangers.

today i am lighting a candle again for my ma and all her wonderful caregivers, family and friends. the operation went smoothly and she's in recovery. we are now waiting for biopsy results... again. which will take another two weeks. the prognosis is good, the doctor's think they got all of it... here's to hoping they're right.

May you rise above whatever your hardship is.
May you take free flight and sore like the Phoenix!
May the negative be left behind in ashes.
And may you feel revived again.

I ask all past loved ones,Elders,Guides,Gods and Goddesses'
To bless those in need this day,
To help them through that which is hard.
To walk them through that which feels useless,
To direct them with knowledge needed to achieve.
To ease them through hurt so intense they feel they can not take anymore.
To know they are giuded and loved.
To surround them with calm.
And to direct that in which they have not been taught yet.

Most of all, I ask that in times of need or dought,
That those in the higher good, watch, bless and protect them.

Lighting a candle for the families of Susan Cox Powell and her sons, Also for the family and friends of Josh Powell.

Josh Powell..Suspect and husband of Missing Utah Susan Powell,

Took the lives of the two boys and hiself shortly ago to.

Also energy being sent to the case worker that was hurt in this situation.

May the families and friends be comfoted and watched over.
And may the boys transendance be swift!

I haven't been here much as I've been in a depressive state of mind and one more piece of sadness may just tip the scales and push me overboard.

Sadly, I come here with a heavy heart as I found out R has another nodule in her throat that showed up in an ultrasound. She was scheduled for a biopsy, but it was canceled because they said it was too small to biopsy at the moment, but will check again in 6 months....WTF is that all about. I'd be scared to wait 6 months. R once told me, she's not afraid of dying, but more afraid to go through chemo ever again.

So, all of you know with my state of mind, why I may not show up in this thread often.

For my brudder, continued prayers and blessings to you and yours
For SD, who is a mountain of strength to her loved ones at home, peace and prayers
For Lady Pamela and her son, keep on keeping on with promise and hope for the future

For those who need inner peace and strength, I pray daily
