I try to eat low carb daily. Last night: baked chicken thigh and broccoli.

When hungry, genuinely hungry: everything tastes good.

I have to go to Trader Joe's today. It is the carb capital of the world.

I pick it up, look at the carb count and set it back down.

No, this wasn’t a “normal” meal! LOL! I had made deviled eggs and I had a lot of the yolk mixture left but no more hard boiled eggs. So I ate the mixture on top of sharp cheese and threw in a few garlic stuffed olives. I’m trying to get into ketosis as quickly as possible to get my hunger under control.

Boiling pot which has crawfish, shrimp, corn and potatoes. Dessert was a blue water sundae which is deep fried brownies with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup served in a huge beer glass. Shiner bock beer, water and tea to drink.

cooked some fish filets and fries in the oven ... ended up dumping it ... with this head cold which turned into bronchitus, I cannot taste anything ... by the time it was ready to remove from the oven, the thought of eating it sickened my stomach
