I'm making crepes, then topping them with butter and warm maple syrup. Freshly washed and sliced Strawberries, too. Hot cocoa with cinnamon sprinkles (to drink).

Judging from the above post no-one is in a mood to cook. I had a grilled cheese (made by my teen) and a glass of water. Frankly if my daughter had not cooked it would have been a box of raisins and water. My energy just isn't there today.

2 boxes Stouffers hot wings with cottage cheese on the side and a little bit of that orange salad dressing (cannot think of its name) and those sweet small peppers ... milk to drink

Had to make a pinapple sandwich to get right ... else I would have surely perished from starvation during the night.

I made roasted red pepper hummus with a fresh roasted pepper, then plated a bed of the hummus topped with balsamic roasted veggies (eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, red onion, cherry tomatoes) and some sprinkles of goat cheese. It was pretty and tasted as good as it looked!
