We went out to my favorite Mexican food restaurant. I had the famous Garcia's chicken which is fried chicken breast covered in queso and topped with pico de gallo. Also, fresh avacodo, rice, and beans. Mom had the combo plate with an enchilada, chalupa, and taco.

I had a Modelo beer and mom had tea.

So yummy!

I had sautéed veggies with rice and chicken and a few spoonfuls of Belly Flops. I still need my sugar hit but my portions are much better tonight.

Well If I’m honest I don’t like to cook much and I like easy fast things so I took two eggs and scrambled them then took two all beef hot dog weenies and cut them up in pieces and fried them then threw it all in a bowl together and put hot sauce on it then mixed it all up.

I thought it was good lol

I'm having baked Quorn meatless meatballs with melted Chao Field Roast Cheese, an cup of homemade navy bean soup, and a small garden salad with Orange Miso dressing. Water to drink.

J took me out for a late lunch, the portions were huge, and I ate way too much. So, tonight I'm just going to have a light dessert of sugared strawberries and milk for dinner.

Fall has (not really) arrived in the South! It is still hot as hell. Anyway, I made some white chicken chili...topped with sour cream, avocado and green onions. Crusty bread to go with.

I turned the AC way down and put on a hoodie and sweatpants for the night.

Feeling pretty satisfied at the moment.

The dessert I baked last night turned out awful, so I tossed it.

However,

, the homemade Falafel balls were so delicious that I'm making more of them tonight, and will have a small garden salad (dressing free) with a handful of organic raspberries and blackberries. Mediterranean Dates, for dessert. An small cup of carrot juice and a large glass of water, to drink.

Herbal tea, before bedtime.
