odd how things work out.
I cant have Gatorade, they stressed this Dozens of times when I started Dialysis{they read my hobbies} but, lightly salted chips and organic fresh apple juice slightly diluted, help a lot...with a benadryl pill

and yes, eating...Horse pills...
