They are good and easy to make. I made the peppers on the weekend and take them to work for lunch. Didn’t want to cook yesterday so had one for dinner. Let me know if you want the recipe, Mopsie.

I'm in the middle of simmering some homemade, from scratch spaghetti sauce with meat, and boiling some gluten free spaghetti made from corn which I think tastes a lot better and holds up better than any of the rice ones I've tried. I'll have a small side salad and milk to go along with.
