Last night was shrimp and pasta in a lemon cream sauce. It was pretty good. Have no idea what's on for tonight. Probably a pork chop and zucchini noodles.

Lovely, lovely lady AND an amazing dinner
Last night, I had the pleasure of dining with the lovely Georgia Ma'am. It was a very enjoyable evening & I finally got to meet her IRL!
I had the goat cheese terrine...OMG what a lovely, lovely salad...mixed baby greens, yellow & red beet wedges, candied walnuts, candy cane radishes, and 4 goat cheese (fried) medallions with a citrus, lime vinaigrette. The Irish soda bread app was amazing! BUT the scallops...OMG!! We had so much fun laughing, talking, & just enjoying each other's company! You are such a warm, compassionate person, Georgia. I truly enjoyed the frivolity of our dining experience. Perhaps, we can do so again, sometime. You have such incredible eyes...they are warm, smiling....and BTW, ready to "race".....  Thanks, Georgia ma'am!!! Enjoy the rest of your vacay! Hugs

I have this Middle Eastern dinner that I have found at my new work place (for order-in when I work late) that just has the best flavors. I had a combination vegetarian platter with labneh, spicy eggplant, a feta cigar with honey, and veggie cous cous. It was such a treat!

We went out for Indian tonight. We had samosa chaat, papadum, lassis, and vegetable korma. It was so good.
