I used the left over chicken, with some stir fry veggies into Kung Pao chicken. The best ingredient, fresh thai basil, which is growing on my balcony.

At work I ordered a Beyond Burger with avocado and pickles, and I had a side of sweet potato fries, and a diet root beer. It was great, just what I was in the mood for.

Well, tonight is another food truck. I studied the menu and had my sights set on stuffed shrimp.

However, said truck is a no show. So I was pouting all the way back upstairs, knowing I had to make dinner!

I had a hamburger patty topped with sauerkraut, swiss cheese, on top of a green salad.
