Dear ******,

So many people every day disappear inside you. I know what it's like there. Dark, dangerous, and seemingly moist. Upon entering you, there is a smell like no other place on earth. And the sounds you make!! You screech as you make your way toward our meeting place. You grind your way to a halt so that I may enter you. No slow take off for you. Once I am inside, you begin to move instantly, almost throwing me down with your speed.

I'd love to remind you that speed isn't everything, but you won't listen to me. You stop so many times before I reach my destination! I know, you don't stop for long, but I also know you only stop so that other people can climb onto you.

When you finally do get me to the place that I can get off, I am almost thankful to be done with you. For today anyway. You smell sweaty and quite frankly, there's just a few too many people taking this ride with me.

Oh, not to worry, I'll see you the next time I'm in the city..I'm sure. No one moves me quite the same as you do.
