I’m not sure but I do know we’re going to attend a football game tonight, so maybe hotdogs and 🍸🍸??? Not sure.

Bahn Mi sandwiches with clear broth off of roasted brisket, seasoned lightly with tiny-chopped green onions and other Vietnamese herbs & spices (pho).

I usually have all of the broth and maybe half of the sandwich. I save the other half for a light supper.

Water to drink.

A vegetable risotto and pan-seared small scallops. I feel like I might be getting interested in cooking again. I'm definitely tired of eating junk all the time.

Tonight, an Indian dinner I picked up from Trader Joe's.
Two weeks ago I went to dinner with my fav asst store mgr. She is engaged and moving in with her finance. So she moved up the state. Anyways, we went to her fav Indian restaurant. I've never really had any, but I did enjoy Butter Chicken and Indian beer!

Thought I try something tonight. Not my cup of tea.

I. Do. Not. Like. Indian. Food. Sometimes it feels like I'm the only one. I do not even like butter chicken. It seems like everything has turmeric in it, which I despise. Even if my dish does not have turmeric, I don't like smelling it in other people's food. To me, it smells like unwashed persons. So thanks for letting me know I'm not alone!

I spent months on an island in Alaska for work and there was no Chinese there. I’m excited to have some bastardized Chinese food today.
