Last night was gluten free spaghetti with a white sauce and a green salad.

I made some frozen speghetti with a red sauce, but it had way too much anchovy paste. I had to throw it out and just made spaghetti from a box I had in the pantry.

I have a short day at work because we have our huge awards banquet tonight!

Last year our franchisee threw a lovely dinner for us all (Chinese) but I think this year it’s going to be Italian. I’m hoping it will be lasagna…green salad…and Tira Misu. 😘

More like late lunch. I put the frying pan on the wood stove and filled it with chopped red and white cabbage, red onion, sliced mushrooms, shredded carrots and lots of butter! Perfect pregame meal!

I made delicious vegetable soup in the crockpot last week, and I froze several portions. I made fermented lemons a few weeks ago, and the tangy flavor brightens up the flavor, since, you know, crock pot recipes often need a little something. I’ll add baked tofu, and I’ll think I’ll serve it over farro rather than rice.
