Last night, I made mini pizzas with hummus, roasted red pepper, and a sprinkle of feta. Tonight, we’re having a Greek spinach and rice dish called Spanakorizo.
I made homemade barbecue sauce a few weeks ago, and I froze most of it in mason jars. I had a special request for sloppy joes so I’ll defrost a pint this week or next. |
