Red Thai Curry with shrimp.
Use the red curry paste in the little jar. Add coconut milk, brown sugar, some other stuff. I can't find the recipe I exactly use, right now. But you can add veggies. I have red peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and onions. Add shrimp and serve over rice. Its my signature dish, if i want to score points. You can use what ever protein or just veggies. And, it's easy and quick!

More wine. My fav, Gewüretraiminer. Its a German wine.

Some sweet dragon fruit later.

Probably some chicken and rice soup - really more like chicken broth with rice, no chicken. I can't really chew due to a tooth extraction. I might have a mango popsicle for dessert.

Poke bowl with spicy tuna and shrimp. All the fixings, hard boiled egg, half avocado, cucumber, fish eggs, jalapeños, sesame seeds all over garden greens. No rice! Poke sauce and a spicy dressing. It was refreshing, for sure.

I'm trying to stay way away from carbs. They are NOT my friends.

Tonight, I'm thinking steak bites in the air fryer and saute some mushrooms.
