Zucchini flat ‘bread’ sandwiches made from: shredded zucchini placed on baking paper then covered in egg and cheese, then roasted for about 30 minutes. I let it cool then add my favorite sandwich fillings. Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onion and parsley, then a few mini scoops of toasted sesame tofu salad in tahini sauce. Quite tasty!

Water to drink. Maybe a cup of herbal tea too.

Just got back from having dinner with my best butch. We hardly have time together anymore. We went to the local bar and grill and had the Friday night special. All you can eat fish and chips, along with a couple of ice cold beers. Our server is so good to us, we were able to come home with lots of fish for tomorrow.

We laughed and caught up with whats going on rather than just work stuff.
