So, I decide to cook something. I turn on the broiler and open the oven to pop in the bit 'O' meat, when I see flames. Immediately I panic. Dear God, why are there flames? Then it hits me: I have a gas oven.

Yeah. That kind of day turned into this kind of night.

I love...malted milk chocolate balls

I love to put them in my mouth and lay them on my tongue and let the chocolate melt and coat my tongue

I like how the little ball gets hard before it starts to let loose as it mixes with my juices

I love the middle core that sometimes is harder still and can offer a really great grind for my teeth...

I love that I can do it over and over and over again ball after ball

and never feel satiated but in total control

until it is all over and there are no more

and then I weep and wait another six months before I indulge myself once more
