Getting ready to bake the ham.
Going to a holiday party and I’m bringing the ham sandwiches. The host is going on strike and was only going to serve pickles, but I talked her into serving some sandwiches with the pickles. She’s a good friend who’s going in for hip surgery a few days after Christmas and is a bit grumpy and worried. I expect her to have on a Grinch shirt today. She’s allowed.

I gave myself a pedicure last night. So now I'm painting my toes. Dark wine color. Even though its chilly, it's still flip flop days! I think I've worn shoes and heels enough in my days!!

Lunch
Avacado toast. Sliced avacado and sliced hard boiled egg. I sprinkled chipotle sea salt and dotted it with green sauce. Oh sooo good! BUT... no toast. I'll trade those carbs for something else later.  Veggie nibbles, celery, cherry tomatoes, red peppers, cucumber and a couple of black olives. Diet coke.

I’m hosting a birthday party for my youngest granddaughter. She is turning seven years old this year! Pizza for the kids, barbecued spareribs for the adults. She wanted nightmare before Christmas headphones and that’s what she got!

I'm on day number two staying home from work. Last Friday I took a tumble. Boss's dog pulled me one way and knocked me to the ground. I landed in sand/grass. I either cracked a rib or bruised it. Hurts to breathe and move in a turning way. I think I really over did it on Monday, at work. My job is really physical
So today, its heating pad. Doing a really good job not to snack all day. Bingeing on cooking shows, survivor and crafting.
