Yesterday I got gas downtown since I was on fumes. I didn't look first and it was 2.56 a gallon. I'm not sure if it was regular or what. It was a very outdated station.

Typically I've been paying 2.21 plus I get .05 off with my loyalty card

So. Ca, still one of the USA's winner in high gas prices:

$2.79/ gallon now at the local Arco.

(I know Collette and our Canadian friends and the folks in Europe pay more but it still is hard to see gas @ $1.79/gallon elsewhere in the US).
