Generally ever friday night my friends and I go eat Mexican and have drinks. I have missed the last 3 due to being sick. I'm glad we can all get together tonight as well as my friends as they won't go without me.

So I will be having chicken and rice and either beer or margaritas

Sliced heirloom tomatoes with just a sprinkle of fleur de sel and a dash of olive oil, followed by shrimp gyoza and sliced shitakii tossed in a soy, sesame oil, rice vinegar and chilli black bean sauce dressing, glass of Chardonnay. A bittersweet Armagnac truffle later for dessert.

A salad of romaine, feta, tomato, calamata olives, some canned red beans (I thought for sure I had some chickpeas, but alas, apparently not.), and Caesar vinaigrette.
