Morningstar is in the hospital again. Had surgery today to address the infection issue. Hoping this will be the last hospitalization. This time they fixed her. That's the plan.

ty for the well wish's....
i was scared never had surgery before..... almost started crying. whew. i feel a little better today... sore... in some areas..... tired.. and feeling blue cuz my family are all in Buffalo ny . i am however am blessed to have Dutch in my life

So anyone doing anything exciting this weekend?
i will be studying, start a summer crash Project Management course...or trying not to fall off the roof....ever since hurricane sandy i have had a leak and cant seem to find the cause.....keep putting all the black tarry goop in places but still nothing, so this weekend once again i shall be up there with the goop. End of august I start work : ) Was notified this morning i got the job and my start date.... have a good weekend lofties

its been a while since i been here..... been going thru a lot of things... like a 2nd surgery.. doing better 1 day at a time. love all this time with Mr Leonard but wish it was not cuz of my injury. would love to get home soon... which may happpen soon.im tired soo heading for a nap. afternooners loft dwellers ...... and peekers welll they unstitched me... and getting me ready to get turned loose ... waiting on 1 more doc. to show up... and of course the handsome Mr Dutch Leonard im feeling purty good , cept with a few achs in few places which is still healing...... i will have to be on IV injected antibotics for next few weeks... which im going to pray it flies by fast ,, i gotta get bk to work.. and get home for other things i need to tend too. its past lunch time here but i havnt been real hungry ... just a tad so order'd me a PB samwhich and some mandarin oranges

morning loft dwellers ... and peekers its a awesome morning here at the Dutch Leonard estates they turned me loose last night from the hospital, yayyyyyyy but ... heading bk out to the hospital in a hour or so..... its to get my antibiotic infusion as a out patient , i still have a iv in me for this.. sigh .. only its kinda under my arm near my arm pit , and the ends seem to peek out from under a t shirt sleeve. i told dutch last night if anyone ask a ? about it , im gonna tell them i had my arm pit hair wraped and beaded ... heh have a good day everyone

Morning everyone (it's morning in my neck of the woods). It's funny seeing everyone getting excited about summer solstice, I'll have to find out if it exists in SE Asia. Today is hot and sunny. Yesterday was hot and sunny. Tomorrow will probably be ... hot and sunny.
NZ has had severe weather the last couple of days. It would be so wonderful to be enjoying some of that cool weather - especially if there's an opportunity to snuggle in front of a fire with a hottie! *sigh Have a great weekend!

A wedding here
There was a lesbian wedding here in Topeka on Saturday. It was held across the street from the Westboro Babtist Church (the ones who carry hate signs)... The couple were from Little Rock, the Minister from Rhode Island. People came from all parts of the country. The house that they were married in front of is painted in rainbow colors. With marriage equality on the near horizon a huge statement was made!! This did not get much news coverage other than locally. You can look it up - (WIBW TV)....
I searched for a thread to put this in but couldn't find one so I posted it here. Good times all...
