It's in the high nineties with equally high humidity. In the dorms, we are all scrambling for TV rooms with good A/C. We have ours. Except for offices, the rest of the campus is not air conditioned. Heat is horrible.

We have an excessive heat warning in effect for tomorrow. Which is concerning since it's already felt hot enough to melt your face off.

It seems like other states are experiencing Texas weather lately.

Texas will be over 100 degrees today but that is normal for Texas in July.

The wind was blowing but it didn't help. It felt like I was stuck in front of a hair dryer set on high. Hot wind blowing in my face is not a good time. Luckily, it only felt like 100 instead of 105.

5th day in a row of hovering between 95-105 degrees with high humidity. At least we all have today off. But I did run in to work to drop off some cases of water and bags of ice for folks living/working there.

Temp was 88 degrees at 5:41 PM. It was supposed to climb to 90 today. I don't if we made it but I don't doubt it if it's still 88 degrees around 6 o'clock. The temp tomorrow is expected to reach 101.
