I crush for different reasons as well, and some on a VERY short list, are there and have been there for years, some are new, some remain, and some have fallen away... but you fellas are bolder than I: I won't name names. I'm shy like that. The ones I've crushed on though, they know-- or could ask if they were bold. I like bold femmes. But I don't crush easily, don't maintain crushes on crazy, and I don't-- any longer-- gives second chances. And I wouldn't even consider more with someone not willing to meet me (emotionally-invested, time-wise) halfway.

While the right kinds of femmes can get my attention, it's difficult to keep my attention. Thus... my relationship status: Bon Jovi's "Slippery When Wet" really DOES seem fitting. I'm not intentionally being an asshole-- though it's a gift-- but rather, I just have enough scars to make me really guarded as to whom I will allow close to me.

i will say this, i definitely have a crush on the poetic renderings of wolfyone. This is absolute. i have my heart strings tugged and my funny bone tickled. Reading those words is like being afloat on a sea of pure emotions. i'm not sure this is the kind of crush we are looking for here though. hehehe

I have a crush (or two) but am wary about letting her know until I know her better. I've just been hurt too many times, ya know?

I don't mean to sound bitter - after all, it is good to know if someone is only interested if you have money or because they just are fooling around - but it sucks to be the one who is more interested. Despite that I do remain hopeful - I know there is someone out there for this old boi.

Wow, I have not stopped in to this thread for some time, so please excuse moi.
I just have to say, though, how delightful and humbling is was that one of the first posts I saw had my name listed as being one of the objects of someone's crush here on the Planet! I mean, ME??? wow!~

It sure is always nice to learn that others notice you, and like you!

And a few girl crushes on femmes I admire, non-sexual as I am not personally into dating femmes.

However, I would also like to add my own tale of woe to guard against any reckless declarations of crushing.

About twelve months ago, after crushing on both Wolfy & Clay for years, I finally picked up the courage to announce this to them and the wider BFP community on this thread.

At first all seemed to be going so well - better, in fact, than I had ever allowed myself to fantacise. We all agreed to meet up in Little Rock, AR last September to consummate our passion.

However, eventually Clay got cold feet about it and bailed. Then, whilst Wolfy made it, Wolfy found that I wasn't as attractive in real-life as I'd portrayed online so blew me out (unfortunately, not literally).

So, I was left crushless in Little Rock. On the bright side, I've still got the rope, handcuffs and Superman outfit all in unused condition and ready for another occasion

ps - just in case anyone's dry humour detector has failed again, please note that the above is light-hearted and in jest. Well, except for the rope, handcuffs and Superman outfit which is 100% true.
