In the last 10 hours, the 10 places within city limits with the lowest prices were selling at a low of $1.80 and a high of $1.97. Most were selling somewhere between the high 80s to high 90s but with a little shopping around it's possible to get it at least a couple places for under $1.85 a gallon. No telling what the waits in line, if any, might be to get it at those lower rates though.
