Had a good ride this morning while listening to a Cicely Tyson memoir. This was an okay week for riding.
Am having longer rides with added tension to try and build muscles around knees, but I might be pushing it with the tension. Will reduce the tension next week and focus on spinning. – Rode 23 miles in 2hrs – 300 arm rolls ![]() My knees are so much better than they were 2 years ago and mostly because of the exercise bike. |

Yesterday... My sister, her 79 yr old dad and I took a 2 mile round trip hike up the mountain behind her property to an old abandoned campground. The air was warm enough I didn't need a coat, but I sure needed my walking stick. I got tickled at my step dad who hikes like a young mountain goat and left us behind a few times.
Today's exercise has been walking to the kitchen 2 times for my coffee.

Had another good ride this morning—rode 7 miles in 30 minutes—and again it was a better than some rides I had this week. I wrongly took some medicine back-to-back and at the wrong time of day and it threw me off for couple days.
