My ferret. He is SO cute, and after his vet visit this afternoon, he is not as sick as we originally thought! He still needs surgery, but not for a few months. Yay!!

I found out my company offers all medical dental, vision, etc all benefits to same sex domestic partners !!! It was only in the states that allowed same sex marriages. But now it includes everyone!!!! I'm pumped. We have some excellent benefits too. Including a nice pension. Which means if I died before my partner, she would get my pension until she dies. Before , if I died no one would get it, it just ended. Only married hetero's spouses got the pension if their spouse died. Awesome news!!!!!!! I love my company!!!

Also watching Dodgeball with him and having hot chocolate in the "new" living room with the electric "fireplace"

I can't wait to see the changes and to get the Christmas decorations up.

I'm smiling cuz I got our sock monkey ornaments to decorate with this year. It feels good to have a tradition going.
