Tuesdays there is free/practice bowling from 2-4 for leagues. Soooooo me, Jo, Shelby and David showed up and had a great time. Had a few beers and ate some awesome bowling alley junkfood. Yea baby!! Made me smile big!

Did a mile on the elliptical at the gym, and 5.12 miles on the bike..then came home and did 30 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus, a combination of yoga and hula hooping. Hoorah! Now off to work

Let's keep that a secret. If science can figure out a way to isolate that gene and find markers for it in a fetus there may be a significant drop in gay children being born.

I imagine even the religious right would become a proponent of a woman's right to choose if a gay gene was located. That might make me smile. After I vomit.
